He is also the current President of Cheiron Music Group, as well an an independent A&R executive, engineer, singer-songwriter, musician, former BMG Ariola recording artist, and musical visionary who has been involved in the music industry for over 40 years. Below are some of the world-famous music recording artists that Tim and the Atlantic Hill Music team have worked with over the years.

Here is what Backstreet Boys member Kevin Richardson says about Tim Coons; "Tim taught us early in our career to work hard and respect the opportunities we were given." Backstreet Boys member Howie Dorough states; "Tim's work ethic in the studio is legendary. Tim helped us create our original sound which later on helped us get a record deal with Jive records and tour. I just remember him making it such a pleasure to work with in the studio. He always was willing to take the time to help you sound your best. He was a very fair producer when it came to sharing vocal leads on a song. He helped us figure out the vocal arrangements with our different vocal ranges and tones. Tim is great at finding raw talent and really shaping them to be a professional recording artist. He has a great pop sensibility and is really good at recording and editing vocals. Tim taught me to embrace and strengthen my high tenor falsetto range. This became one of my strongest assets to the group when we would record and stack harmonies.”

Tim is also the former Executive VP of Omicron Media Group, a music & entertainment company based out of Orlando, FL whose artists include the male vocal group Far Young and ABTLSTNT. Previously, Tim has also been an independent A&R representative for platinum recording artist JoJo, who is the youngest female artist in the history of the music industry with a #1 record.

This is what JoJo has to say about Tim and Atlantic Hill Music: "Tim Coons is a great person and very talented. He believed in me from a very young age, and I know that both he and Atlantic Hill Music will continue to have great success in the music business."

Tim was an acclaimed recording artist on BMG Ariola Records in Germany from 1977 to 1982. He toured and appeared on many national television shows throughout Europe and America.

Tim has worked with the Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, JoJo, Colby O’Donis (who was featured on Lady Gaga's smash debut single, "Just Dance", earning him a nomination for Best Dance Recording at the 50th Grammy Awards) Rob Thomas, Take 5, Starship, Jessie McCartney, Steven Stills, Glen Fry, Arlo Guthrie, C-Note, 3rd Faze, Von Rae, Michael Cavanaugh (Tony award nominee and the star of the Broadway show “Movin Out”), Martin Mull, Gary U.S. Bonds, Mary Wells, Ramsey Lewis, The Rolling Stones, The Grateful Dead, Fleetwood Mac, Alex Santoriello (original Broadway cast member of Les Misérables), Far Young (Global Entertainment), Eben Franckewitz (Atlantic Records, American Idol), Sydney Rhame (Capitol Records-The Voice), Alizma (Americas got Talent), and others.

From 1998 to 2002, Tim was the musical director of the largest youth motivational/health educational tour in America called 'The Go For It! Roadshow'. Tim and his wife Teresa (who worked with the music artists' image, hair, and makeup) toured from coast to coast with the musical performers who performed in front of hundreds of thousands of screaming kids in packed arenas throughout America averaging over ten thousand fans per show.

The 'Go For It! Road Show' was a health education event for children presented by Birmingham, Alabama-based HealthSouth Corporation in 1995. The show featured many celebrity athletes including Bo Jackson, Herschel Walker, Dan Marino, Emmitt Smith, Troy Aikman, Doug Flutie, Matt Barr, and Cory Everson.

The show was overseen by the HealthSouth Sports Medicine Council, whose Chairman was Bo Jackson. Board Member and world-renowned physician Dr. James Andrews came up with the idea for the Sports Medicine Council. The 'Go For It! Roadshow' was also presented by major sponsors such as the Coca-Cola Company, Travelers Group, American Airlines, and others.

In September of 2000, the pop trio group 3rd Faze was created by Tim Coons to perform on the show's national tour. 3rd Faze was made up of singers Halie Clark, Minia Corominas, and Sara Marie Rauch. Later on that year, 3rd Faze signed with Sony Records and toured with Britney Spears. The tour also featured singing sensations Jesse McCartney and Billy Gilman.

In addition to his other awards, Tim was named one of Central Florida Magazine's "Most Interesting People in Central Florida". He has also served in the prestigious position of Chairman for the world famous Winter Park Fall Art Festival in Winter Park, FL, Tim's hometown.

Tim and his wife Teresa traveled to Berlin, Germany in 2008 to work with JJ Thacker (in the band called “Winter Springs”). Tim produced, wrote, and played on her album, later winning the Crystal Reel Award for “Best Producer of Music In a Video" for one of Winter Spring's singles during a red carpet event from the Florida Motion Picture and Television Association. Tim’s wife Teresa won a Crystal Reel Award for best makeup in a music video during the same event as well.

In 2006 during a visit to Atlanta, Georgia, Tim and Teresa had the pleasure of meeting and then spending time with the iconic Sir Paul McCartney of The Beatles. During the course of their conversations, Paul told Tim how much he still loves to perform in front of appreciative crowds. Paul said that he still really loves to be on stage and observe people having such a great time enjoying his music. After Tim talked about live performing with Paul, they got into a conversation about harmonies and vocals.

Tim told Paul how much he really loved the song “The Long And Winding Road” and he started to sing the song with Paul quickly joining in. Needless to say, singing together with Paul McCartney that night was a great experience and it got Tim thinking about performing live again with some prodding by Paul.

During the 1970’s, Tim was one of the lead singers and guitar players of the group “Harpoon”, which toured throughout both Europe and their home state of Florida in the US. Tim has also performed with Steven Stills, Glenn Fry (The Eagles), Joe Walsh, Arlo Guthrie, The Bangles, Ramsey Lewis, Gary U.S Bonds, Mary Wells, and many other famous music acts.

Tim recently produced an album for the internationally acclaimed music group Alizma, three identical triplet sisters from Poland who sing and play the violin. Alizma was a semi-finalist on the hit television show 'America's Got Talent'.

Tim is also the music producer for the official "Haiti Thanks You" music video by Maestro Ruben Joseph. The video was released worldwide on January 12, 2012, the 2-year anniversary of the Earthquake that devastated the island nation of Haiti. The video is a tribute to all those who have sacrificed and given their time to help the brave citizens of Haiti get back on their feet.
